Leela Madhavi Kalagara

Leela Kalagara is the Co-Founder of WaterAlive and an accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, asset management, and service delivery across highly regulated sectors.

Leela has held senior leadership roles including Group CIO for national facilities management providers, where she led operational resilience, workforce optimisation, and compliance uplift across more than 500 sites nationwide. She has also served as Program Manager for Federal Government agencies, delivering complex multi-agency integrations and large-scale digital uplift initiatives.

As the Founder of Pinnacle Innovations, Leela advises boards and executive teams on platform strategy, digital governance, and technology-enabled operating models that deliver sustainable, measurable outcomes.

Her qualifications include the Company Directors Course (AICD), an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, and a Master of Information Technology from Swinburne University.
